2026 Advanced EMT Class
The Advanced Emergency Medical Technician program at Warwick EMS is a 20 week course designed for EMTs who want to expand their clinical skills and move into a higher level of prehospital care.
This program begins February 11, 2026, and meets once a week on Wednesday evenings (at 1800) at our station in Lititz.
The course blends focused classroom instruction with hands-on labs, simulation, and structured clinical experience. Students will learn advanced patient assessment, IV therapy, IO access, medication administration, advanced airway management, and cardiac monitoring. All material aligns with the Pennsylvania Department of Health and the National EMS Education Standards.

Tuition for the program is $1450 and includes the textbook, all instruction, lab sessions, simulation access, and test preparation. A $250 non-refundable deposit is required with your application to hold your seat. The remaining balance is due by February 28, 2026. Failure to pay the balance by that date will result in dismissal from the program. Uniforms and testing fees are not included.
To enroll, students must hold a current Pennsylvania EMT certification, current CPR, be at least 18 years old, and meet all immunization and background clearance requirements. Successful completion of the program qualifies students for Pennsylvania AEMT certification and National Registry testing.
Scott Myers will serve as the lead instructor for this course and will provide additional details as we get closer to the start date. For questions, please contact us at 717 626 1200 or email smyers@warwickems.org.
